Outfitted with improved, wear-resistant extraction nozzles, the newly developed nozzle mechanism has been weighted for optimum balance. It is extremely resistant to wear, tear and dirt, which keeps maintenance requirements to a minimum.

The improved design guarantees that the filter medium is purged safely and reliably even under the most extreme conditions. The overall energy efficiency of the LTG® AEROB Drum Filter has been increased considerably.


Patented Safety.
In keeping with traditional LTG® AEROB standards, the »Butterfly« also raises the bar when it comes to safety: The motor is equipped with a frequency converter that ensures both the shock-free startup and rapid emergency shutdown of operation.


Precise Adjustments.
With the frequency converter, the filter can be adjusted to your specific filter problem, thereby substantially enhancing performance. The filter’s shock-free startup process and variable speed goes easy on the machinery and decreases maintenance frequency.


Versatile Operation.
The filter is extremely versatile and can be adjusted to changes in production. All existing LTG® AEROB Drum Filters can easily be converted or refitted – an added value proven to save real time and real money! The filter can be installed directly into the production line without additional housing.

New and significantly more efficient filter media (up to filter class F5) boost performance levels to new heights while the fastening of the filter media has been perfected with improved terminal strips.

These technical innovations have made the LTG® AEROB Drum Filter universally applicable – even for strongly resinous fiber dust mixtures in the exhaust airflow.
